Diamond Wedding Card

I was asked to make a Diamond wedding card for my mum to give a friend and her husband.  This is a very simple design using centura pearl card and hunkydory silver card.  I used a hobbycraft embossing folder (think its called ditzy dots), the hearts are cut out using a crafters companion dies and I have interlinked them.  The names are spellbinders dies and the numbers are a crafters companion set, to allow me to personalise the card.  Ribbon and a bow helps to set it off along with the gems around the hearts.

This is a card that I made for a colleague from work who was leaving us at the end of the year.  I used distress inks for the scenery making the hills using a torn piece of paper. I used clarity stamps for the trees, the birds in the air and the shrubbery along the bottom.  The sheep was a clipart image that I found online and thought was cute, it is mounted on foam pads to ad dimension.  The wording is clarity also, I love the way that the letters overlap allowing you to organise it so that it all just fits.  I chose to cut them out and mount them on foam pads to match the dimension of the sheep.

Here is a wee card that I made today. It has been a while since I picked up my promarkers and have so enjoyed colouring in this Gorjuss girl that I 'acquired' on Saturday at our local Docrafts demo, her name is little song.  I coloured her to go along with the papers from Lilly of the Valley's on a high note range.  They have been mounted onto dark brown card.  My gorjuss girl was cut out with an x cut oval die and mounted on the x cut scalloped oval die.
The sentiment came from craftwork cards and was stamped onto white card with a wee smidge of Antique linen distress ink, cut out with a mini tag die and mounted onto dark brown card to math the rest of the card.   The pearls are the tonic Nuvo liquid crystal drops in pale gold are the finishing touches along with a wee ribbon and bow in a nice caramel colour.
